Why does my gutter overflow?
A blockage, a run that has lost its fall, or a gutter too small for the roof feeding it. Heavy Pennine downpours find all three.
Can one section of gutter be replaced?
Yes, if the rest of the run is sound and the profile can be matched.
Do I need new fascias with new gutters?
Only if the existing boards are rotten, because the new brackets need a sound board to screw into.
Can bad gutters cause damp inside?
Yes. Water running down solid stone walls often soaks through and shows as damp inside.
